Gradually, during the last 60 ( may be more) years, Food Production has shifted from ( in today's terms) Small Family Farms and Backyards. Increasingly it is being Monopolised by Industrial Behemoths. Farmers are under immense cost pressure by Food Distributors like Woolworths and Coles. They all are putting the Dollar before the quality of food they produce. Consequently the soils are depleted. More and more Fertilizers and Pesticides are used in the process. This kills the vital Micro Organisms needed to keep the soil healthy and to make all the Nutrients available to the Plants. Admittedly we Consumers have an important role in this process. Increases in consumption of Meat, Sugar, Dairy,Alcohol, Trans Fats, etc also play a large part.

"Food Fashion" that is geared for good taste rather than Excellent Nourishment is another factor. When are we going to have a "Master Chef" Series on cooking... or may be Not Cooking - Raw Food... truly Healthy Nourishing Food? We wonder if it would rate?
All this, in Combination with a Sedatary Lifestyle and ever Increasing Exposure to Pollutants and Chemicals as well as the increase in Processed Food Consumption and Stress Levels has devastating effects on the health and well being of people. What impact will the introduction of GM Food have on us. Health Budgets in the Western World are being increased at alarming rates, yet we do not seem to make real progress. We are convinced that we as a species will have to go back to a more plant based diet and educate people about eating right. Minimum 51% by weight of one's food intake should be consumed RAW! What does RAW mean...?...it simply means none of the food has been heated above 40 Degrees Celsius. Why is it important...?...because any hotter than 40 Degrees means that Essential Enzymes get destroyed! RAW Milk for example has all the Enzymes intact. Nutritionally is is far superior to Pasteurized Milk

He researched the importance of soils and the devastating impact the ever increasing use of Chemical Fertilizers have. He worked out that Farmers do NOT NEED the expensive Fertilizers. Matter of fact the soil can lock after itself with very minimal input, once it is healthy!
Of course one has to put good stuff in... we can not only take out.
